We have been using Closed and Open Cell foam on Our Ceiling (Roofs) and Walls for years as they have perfected the processes. And adding extra insulative products on the exteriors before stucco or siding is applied. This can save money and efficiency in the( heating and cooling areas) and budget of Pricing the project. Or We can apply Quality Blown in insulation. We have many Clients contact Us years after They have Lived in Their Homes and Thank Us for talking Them into spending the extra money upfront and that it was Totally worth it (Low energy Bills and High Comfort). It is expensive but the pay back is Immediate unlike some aspects of the energy products being offered out there. We also never build with 2×4 exteriors ALWAYS at least 2×6 or wider. thickened up exterior walls are awesome for insulating and design factors of the outside appearance and can save even more energy with windows being shaded on Major Heat , Sun walls.
